Comfort LevelThe Dual Core technology makes it possible to choose a different comfort level by simply flipping the cores of the mattress. The Medium Firm side features a layer in Memoform (2") for a cozy, yet supportive comfort. The Firm side on the other hand features a layer in Elioform and provides a firm support for your back.
Base layerThe layer in Elioform (6 1/2"), due to its high-density micro-cellular structure, offers ideal support to your spine, while keeping the back in the right position.
Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing a top quality product from Richard Parks Furniture. We offer a money-back guarantee and return policy on all of our products with the exception of Mattresses.
Please call or email within 48 hours of placing your order to cancel a purchase. At that point we can refund 100% of your money, without any transit costs or fees. After this 48 hour time period, transit costs will be assessed if your order has been processed and left our facilities. Quick-Ship orders cannot be cancelled, regardless of order status, without transit fees being deducted.
If, for any reason, the furniture we deliver will not work in your home, please call or email with your invoice number in order to initiate a return. Product will need to be in original condition in order to process return, and initiated within 3 days of your home delivery. We will return your payment entirely, less our roundtrip transit costs. This will include our costs to ship the furniture to your home, and back to our facility. Please keep in mind that the total can be several hundred dollars, significantly more than the amount charged for White-Glove Home Delivery. There is no restocking fee, made possible by our brick-and-mortar showroom. Product will be inspected upon return to our facilities, at which time refund can be processed.

While damage is rare, accidents do sometimes occur.Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. In order to ensure free replacement or repair of damaged goods, report any concerns you have in regards to the packaging or product by writing a description of the issue on the Receipt of Delivered Goods. If you do not have the opportunity to inspect the product while the delivery team is in your home, please report any damages to our customer service team within 24 hours.
To correct issues, Richard Parks Furniture reserves the right to either replace or repair the damaged components of your product or if required offer an entire replacement. If you do not wish to receive replacement components or repair, you have the right to enact our return program, and will be subject to the transit fees.
Please do keep in mind that the dye lots or texture grain of an upholstery can vary, and this is not considered a flaw in the upholstery. Leather products can display natural markings, including scars, veins, etc., and this is not considered a defect.

Please consider all relevant dimensions of your home when ordering. Our white glove delivery service is well-trained, and will make every reasonable attempt to complete your delivery without exception. If the item you have purchased will not fit through a doorway or into your home, the piece can only be sent back to our facilities via our return program. Certain difficult deliveries may incur additional charges. If our team is unable to deliver, we will exhaust every possible solution, however additional charges may apply.
